Budhha ka ihlokbaad:- Gautam Budhha ke darshan ka ek bdaa sidhant hai “ihlokbaad” ka sidhant. Budhha ke samkaleen jo bhi darshnik the ve sabhi “parlokbaad” ka samarthan karte the. Parlokbaad ke sidhant mein btaya gya h ke vyakti ko sadev parlok gaman ki ashaa rakhni chahiye.vyakti ko chahiye ke vo esi hi cheeje kare jis se unhe moksh ki prapti kar sake. Is sidhant ke dushprabhav ye h ke isme vyakti itne parlokbaadi ho jaate hai ke is Lok ki vilkul parvah nhi karte,aur is Lok mein bina kuchh achhe karma kiye parlok ki ichha m jeevan nikal dete h. Is parlokbaadi soch ka Budhha virodh krte hai aur ihlokbaad ka sidhant ka palan ke liye kahte h. Parlokbaad se vilkul ulat is sidhant mein Budhha kahte hai ke vyakti ko chaiye ke vo samjhe ke parlok Marne ke baad hota hai us se pahle Jo h vo h ye Lok. Yog Darshan :- Intro

  

Yog darshan bhartiya darshan mein kaafi mahatvapurna mana jaata hai.bhartiya yog parampara ki suruaat ka shrey maharishi Patanjali ko diya jaata hai,kyoki unho ne hi ise vyavastith roop pradan kiya tha.
Patanjali ne yog ko moksh ki prapti ka saraltam maarg btaaya hai.hrishi patanjali ne astaang yog ki suruaat ki jisme :-
Yam
Niyam
Asan
Pranayama
Pratyahar
Dharan 
Dhyaan
Samadhi
Ye sab shamil hai.

Yam
yam astaang yog ka pahla anga hai.yam mann ki shuddhi se sambhandhit hai.yam arthat ‘jiske anusthan se indriya aur mann ko ashubh bhavo se hatakar aatmakendrit karna.
Unhone yam ke palan ke kuchh sutra btaaye hai.
  • Ahinsa:-ahinsha arthat kabhi bhi na hi man se,na hi karma se,na hi Bachan se kisi ko kashta na dena arthat hinsa na karna.
  • Satya:-jaisa dekha,jaisa suna,tatha jaisa jaana ho, vesa hi sudha bhav mann mein ho,bahi vaani mein,tatha usi ke anuroop karya kana, satya kahlata hai.
  • Asteya:-asteya ka artha hai kabhi bhool kr bhi chori jaisa mahapaap nhi karna chahiye.
  • Brahmacharya:-bramcharya yaani celibacy ka arth hota hai.kabhi bhi un karyo mein sanlagna nhi hona chahiye jis se indriya uttejit ho. vyakti ko chahiye ke vo sadev un vastuyo se dur rahe.
  • Aparigraha:-arthat vyakti ko kabhi bhi koi vastu ko ikadha karne ki lalsa nhi honi chahiye.balki use jo mile usme santushta rahna chahiye.
Niyam
Niyam ke antargat aane wale pramukh sutra is prakar hai.
Sauch
Santosh
Tapa
Syadhya
Ishwar pranidhan.
Ab ek ek kar ke inka vistrit arth samajhte hai.
(1)Sauch:-sauch kahte hai sudhi ko , pavitrata ko.
    Arthat vyakti ko pratidin jal se Sarir ki,gyaan aur tap se aatma ki,aur vidhya ke dwara budhhi ki Sudhhi Karni chahiye.
(2)Santosh:-yaani ke vyakti ko ishwar se aur apne karmo se jo kuchh bhi prapt ho raha hai usi mein santusht rahna chahiye.
(3)Tapa:-arthat jeevan mein vyakti ke saamne jo kuchh chunotiya aati hai unko sweeekar kar ke purusharth karte jaana tapa kahlata hai.
(4)syadhyaya:-yaani ke manusya ko roj kuchh samay   purano ke adhyaya me lagana chahiye,is se chitta ki sudhi hoti hai.
(5)Ishwar pranidhan:-manusya ko chahiye ke vo kuchh samay tak Ishwar ka Dhyan bhi kare.

Asana 

Yam niyam ke baad baat aati hai asano ki asano ka yog mein bas itna mahatva h ke aasano ke abhyash se aap ek toh kai der tak ek Asan mein beth sakte aur dusra inka abhyash karne se vyakti ka swasthya behatar hota hai.
Patanjali ne bhi kaha hai “esthiram Sukham asanam”mtlb ke esthir hoke sukhpurvak baithna Asan kahlata hai.phir chahe vo koi bhi asan kyo na ho.
Kai prakar ke asan hote hai jaise:-
Sukhasana
padmasana etc.

Pranayama

Prayanam se abhipraya hai prano ko alag alag aayam mein le jaana.arthat pranayama sidhe sidhe saason ki gati ka niyantrit hona hai.
Prayanam mein ham alag alag breathing exercise karke esaa karte hai.
Prantu iska abhyash tab phal deta hai jab vyaki asano ko sidh kar le.
Prayanam kai prakar ke hai jaise:-
Kapalbhati
Anulom vilom etc.

Prayatyahar 
Prayatyahar mein vyakti sabhi indriyo pr Vijay prapta karke roop,ras,gandh aadi se nivrat ho jaata hai.
Arthat use sansaar ke sukh bhogne me koi dilchaspi nhi hoti.

Dharan

Dharan mein ham Dhyan ki Pratham sidhi mein pravesh karte hai.ese mein ham Dhyan mudra mein baithte hai aur apne sarir ke kisi anga pe dhyan Kendrit karte hai.
Dhyan kendrit karne ke liye mukhya anga hai:-
Naabhi 
Bhumadya
Hryadaya etc.

Dhyaan

Dhyan mein ham dharan ko aur gahraai mein lekar jaate hai.
Isme hamare dharan mein baithne ke samay ko bhadhate chale jaate hai aur dheere dheere itna doob jaatein hai,ke kai ghante beet jaate hai toh mana jaata hai ke dhyan sidh ho gya.

Samadhi

Samadhi in charno ka aakhri padav hai jisme ham dhyaan ko bhi ek nye aayam mein Leke jaate hai samadhi ke is padav mein na toh dhyan mein bhookh lagti hai na hi pyaas.
Aur vyakti dhyaan mein kai hafton kai dino kai salo tak baitha rah sakta hai.
